WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
The shipping charges are $3.95 for all USA orders. All US orders are shipped by United States Post Office Regular Mail. For US Deliveries, Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Number is included. Expedited shipping is available upon request. $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day not guaranteed and $18.95 for Express Mail service (1-2 day guaranteed). Email us if you would like to expedite the shipping. International Orders must email us for shipping costs. Please remember that many of our items are custom made for you and must be sewn when you order. Custom sewn items take up to 5 business days to ship out.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. You don't have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal will only process the transaction.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If there is a problem with an order we ask that you contact us first. All items must be returned unworn and with tags left on the items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF AN ITEM?
Although we try to do our best to keep the website up-to-date, sometimes we are out of stock on an item but it isn't reflected yet on the website. If we are out of an item that you have ordered, we will contact you. If we can get the item back in stock quickly for you, then we will put the item on backorder and will mail it out as soon as we receive it. If by some chance it will take a bit longer, we will notify you and issue you a refund.
IS THERE SALES TAX?
New York residents must pay 8.625% sales tax on all orders. If a package destination is New York, sales tax of 8.625% will be added.
